Eliminating potential hazards caused by heat guns being left on by mistake, the Proheat Quick-Touch heat gun will operate only when the spring-loaded switch is being held by the operator. The heat gun produces 1,000°F/540°C and is perfect for use in retail heat shrink packaging applications and for automotive, industrial and laboratory applications such as vinyl repair, shrinking tubing, heating and drying temperature sensitive materials, curing resins, bending and forming plastics and drying filler. Master’s Proheat Series Heat Guns are compact, lightweight, easy-to-use and ergonomically designed for superb balance and grip. They feature a durable enclosed ceramic heating element and heavy-duty Lexan plastic housing with built-in stand and hanging loop. The permanent magnet DC motor delivers powerful airflow at 16 CFM/453I/m. The industrial quality 3-wire grounded cordset provides positive grounding for user safety. The built-in hand guard protects hand and fingers, with the recessed switch guarding against knocks and bumps. The Proheat Quick-Touch model PH-1000 is a 120V UL listed model. The PH-2000 is a 230V CE Certified model.
